Remote Deposit Capture System Transition

We are upgrading our Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) system to better meet the evolving needs of our customers. The new system provides many of the features you are used to, with an improved experience and functionality.

Transition Timeline

The transition to the new system will occur in phases over the next few months with the first group of customers beginning their transition on Monday, July 3.

You should have received a notification about the upcoming system change on June 22. Customers transitioning as part of the first group were notified in that communication that their transition would begin July 3. All other Remote Deposit and Deposit Express customers will be notified at least two weeks prior to the start of their transition period.

See below for a timeline of the different customer transition groups.

What’s Not Changing

As part of the transition, all accounts users and locations will automatically transition to the new Remote Deposit Check Capture system. Below are additional items that will remain the same.

Training

You will be assigned a Specialist who will provide personalized virtual training for your company’s users and walk you through your first deposit in the new system. Your specialist will reach out to you to schedule training once your transition period has begun.

To allow for business continuity, you will continue to have access to your current RDC system while you are completing training.

Once your transition period ends, you will no longer have access to deposit checks in the current system. You will continue to be able to view historical reports in the current system up to six weeks following your transition.
